Our Guarantee:  We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are here to make it right. 

Return Window: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange for defective products. 

Conditions for Returns:  Due to health and safety regulations regarding vaping products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions: 

  • Defective or Damaged Items: (e.g., Dead on arrival, leaking before opening). We will provide a replacement or refund. 

  • Incorrect Items: If we shipped the wrong flavor or model, the product must remain unopened and in its original sealed packaging

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return: 

  1. Email us at service@alibarbartogo.com with your order number and a clear video/photo showing the issue. 

  2. Our support team will review your request within 2 business days. 

  3. If approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
