• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

❌ Non-Refundable:

• Used/opened disposable vape products

• Orders with incorrect address provided by customer

• Change of mind after dispatch

📦 Damaged or Faulty Items?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

1. The product

2. The packaging

3. Any visible damage or defects

We'll assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
