Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume sales periods, processing may take slightly longer. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 We currently offer shipping to Australia.

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99 AUD. (

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, postal strikes, or customs clearance processes beyond our control. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically be active within 24 to 48 hours. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Alibarbartogo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Due to strict local regulations regarding vaping products in Australia, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all local laws and import procedures. We are not liable for packages delayed, rejected, or seized by local customs authorities. 

Damages and Lost Packages

 We take great care in packaging your products securely. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at service@alibarbartogo.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item/packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
