Where will my order be shipped from?+

We operate a dual-warehouse fulfilment system with locations in Sydney, Australia and Hong Kong. Your order will be automatically dispatched from the warehouse that has the selected items available at the time of purchase. The dispatch warehouse cannot be manually selected. This system helps improve stock availability, reduce fulfilment delays and provide more reliable delivery for Australian customers.

How long will it take to receive my order?+

Orders are normally processed within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. The total estimated delivery time is approximately 7–15 business days from the date your order is placed, including order processing and shipping time. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your postcode, the dispatch warehouse, courier conditions and public holidays. Tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

How will I know when the device is nearly finished?+

Check the LED display for the remaining battery and e-liquid levels. When the e-liquid indicator is nearly empty, the vapour output becomes noticeably weaker, or the device no longer activates normally, it may be nearing the end of its use.

What should I do if a new device does not activate?+

First, make sure all protective seals and packaging have been removed. Check that the mouthpiece and airflow openings are not blocked, then try taking a slow and gentle draw. If the device still does not activate, please contact our support team with your order number and a short video clearly showing the issue.

What if the flavour or vapour becomes weaker?+

Check the battery and e-liquid indicators on the LED display. Weaker flavour or vapour output may indicate that the remaining battery or e-liquid level is low. If this happens shortly after opening a new device, please contact our support team with your order number and a short video so we can review the issue.
